I'm a huge advocate for Almond milk, it's really tasty, nutritious and low calorie. Also for Slimming World you can have 800mls of unsweetened almond milk as your HexA. That’s almost a litre!
Here is my recipe for almond milk:
2 cups almond flour (ground almonds)
4 cups boiling water
Pour almond flour into a sieve, over a bowl
Pour boiling water into the almond flour, making sure to squeeze as much moisture as you can out with a spoon.
Refrigerate, and use in coffee, tea, porridge, or on its own!
